By signing below, I acknowledge that I am enrolling in the Driver Improvement Program offered by Hannor Safety & Driver Institute LLC. The program consists of six (6) hours of in-person classroom instruction delivered in one class session at 3367 Dogwood Dr, Hapeville, GA 30354.
I understand that Hannor Safety & Driver Institute LLC and its instructors are approved and certified by the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) and operate in accordance with the requirements of the Georgia Driver Improvement Act and all applicable state regulations. To receive credit for course completion, I agree to:
- Attend the entire class session in person at the classroom location listed above.
- Arrive on time, sign in with a valid government-issued photo ID, and remain physically present for the full instructional period.
- Participate appropriately and maintain satisfactory attention throughout the course.
- Refrain from attending class while under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
- Follow all classroom, facility, and parking rules, and conduct myself respectfully toward the instructor and other students.
- Limit cell phone and electronic device use to scheduled breaks so instruction is not disrupted.
- Understand that late arrivals, early departures, or extended absences from the classroom may result in loss of course credit.
- Achieve a passing score of at least 70% on the required examination.
I understand that failure to comply with any of these requirements, including attendance, punctuality, and classroom conduct rules, may result in removal from the course, denial of course credit, or dismissal from the program without a refund.
I acknowledge that successfully completing this course does not guarantee the issuance, reinstatement, or retention of any driver's license, driving privilege, or legal benefit. The responsibility of Hannor Safety & Driver Institute LLC is limited to providing instruction and issuing a Certificate of Completion to students who satisfy all course requirements.
No Refund Policy
I understand that all payments are final. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Hannor Safety & Driver Institute LLC does not issue refunds for any reason, including cancellations, missed classes, no-shows, late arrivals, dismissal from the program, or failure to complete the course.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If I am unable to attend my scheduled Saturday class and wish to attend on another date, I understand that a new registration and full payment will be required for the new class date. All class dates are subject to availability.
For the protection of enrolled students, Hannor Safety & Driver Institute LLC maintains a $10,000 performance bond through a company authorized to conduct business in the State of Georgia.
This document represents the complete agreement between the student and Hannor Safety & Driver Institute LLC. Any statements, promises, or representations not contained in this written agreement are not binding on either party.
